30 Day Shred

Anyone who is looking to lose some of those extra holiday pounds need to try this video. I started the day after Christmas and find that it tones in all the right places. Since watching the Biggest Loser, I always thought that Jillian Michaels would be the ultimate fitness trainer and now I can get a little taste of that!!

You will have to let me know how things go. I am sure I am a ways off from being able to do it, but if it is good I can at least order it and have it here for when I am ready.

I'm also going to check it out. I do go to my gym every day but would love something extra. *It says: 20 pounds in 30 days? Wow ... I bet it is intense:)

There are three stages and I just started on the 2nd stage which seriously kicked my butt!! You would love it.
