And The Race Is On!!

I was finding it really difficult to get motivated to go for my run yesterday, but was finally able to get my butt in gear and just do it. Once I started it was all good...popped in some good tunes and was off for a 6 mile run. It made me feel great when after my run the Biggest Loser was on. Guilt free!!

Good job!! A six mile run is quite the run. It is funny how it is so hard to get motivated to go sometimes but after you are done you feel SOOO much better for doing it.

Do you run 6 miles every work out? What do you do weekly? How far are you for your long run?

I usually run 4 times a week, but not 6 miles all the time. About 4-6 miles and then my long runs I'm up to 7.5 but am having a hard time finding time to go any longer. I guess I'll have to start finding the time. Have you registered yet? You'll have to let me know when you do!!
